The Lord makes your muscles quiver when it's cold, causing
you to produce extra heat. This is called shivering. |

Sometimes God turns up the temperature in your body
when you are sick, with a fever. |

God carefully controls your body temperature using a
special thermostat called your hypothalamus (high-po-THAL-a-miss).
Your hypothalamus is found at the base of your brain |
YOUR JOB
Eat good meals each day. This will fuel your body and
keep you warm in winter. |
