A CHALLENGE TO THE GREEN MOVEMENT: Those who are sincerely concerned about the problems of pollution and the health of our planet need to seriously consider the following: "There is no faithfulness, no love, no acknowledgment of God in the land. There is only cursing, lying and murder, stealing and adultery; they break all bounds, and bloodshed follows bloodshed. Because of this the land mourns, and all who live in it waste away; the beasts of the field and the birds of the air and the fish of the sea are dying" (Hosea 4:1b-3).

Among Christ's attributes echoed in His creation (Romans 1:20), the holiness of God is arguably the most notable and widespread. We 'see' (& 'hear') the transcendent character of our Creator proclaimed in most of the things He has made. But sometimes, the quality of this general revelation is far beyond a description that words can supply!

In the midst of all the trials we face daily, we continue to strive in Christ's Spirit to know the PURE JOY (James 1:2 NIV) of God's perfect presence and His sovereign control over this fallen age.

"With Him are wisdom and...understanding” (Job 12:13).

Below is a model of a myoglobin molecule. It is a “guidepost” pointing us to the inconceivable wisdom of Christ, our Creator. Myoglobin (pronounced MY - oh - glow - bin) is a relatively “simple” protein found in muscles—God uses it to store oxygen there.

Under Christ's Wings

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, "He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God, in whom I trust." Surely He will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart (Psalm 91:1-4).
